CASA Maintenance Wish List

CASA is seeking your assistance behind the scenes! Our maintenance team has highlighted the need for certain items to ensure the upkeep of our 50 properties spread across the Triangle. Your purchase of these items plays a crucial role in helping our team maintain the comfort, safety, and quality of our residents' homes. In addition to supporting the maintenance of these properties, it's important to know that many new tenants often move in with minimal household items, particularly cleaning supplies. Acquiring items like plungers enables us to provide essential tools to new tenants upon their move-in; and hopefully one day with enough support, we can provide vacuums to new tenants as well!
